Paul Onuachu scored the only goal of the game as the Super Eagles of Nigeria beat the Pharaohs of Egypt by a lone goal in a friendly game played at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba.

Onuachu, who is making his debut for the Super Eagles popped up with a screamer of a shot in the opening seconds of the game to give the Super Eagles the lead.

Nigeria had not beaten the Egyptians in a senior team game for over a decade, as they used the game to begin preparations ahead of the Nations Cup which comes up in June of this year.
