Super Falcons star, Asisat Oshoala has been nominated for the UEFA fans’ women’s team for the year 2020.
Oshoala, who made great exploits for Barcelona’s women’s team last season scored the consolation goal in the 2019 Champions League final for her team while also netting 20 times in 19 outings last term.

She is among the eight Barcelona stars nominated for the award, and hopeful for a place in the final XI.
The reigning African women’s player of the year is the only African nominated in the first-ever women’s Team of the year shortlist.
The 26-year-old has continued to shine for Lluis Cortes’ ladies having scored twice in four appearances so far this campaign to continue from where she stopped last season.
