Temitope Adeshina delivered a dominant performance in the women’s high jump at the Big 12 Indoor Track and Field Championships with a clearance of 1.90m to take the GOLD medal.

The Texas Tech athlete secured her second straight Big 12 indoor title on Saturday at the Sports Performance Centre. She also won the outdoor championship last year, proving her consistency.

Teammates Evelyn Lavielle tied for 4th with 1.86m, while Claire Lowrey placed 7th with 1.81m. With Adeshina’s win and strong team performances, Texas Tech’s women’s team officially clinched the Big 12 Championship, though they had been leading comfortably.
