Nearly 1400 event entries from 604 athletes have been received for the MTN CHAMPS Abuja Grand Final scheduled for 1st to 3rd December, 2023, at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in the Federal Capital Territory.

A total of 120 Entries from79 Schools/Teams were received across the three age categories (Cadet, Youth & Junior) going by the final entry list as of Tuesday, 28th November, 2023.

The entries by Athletes, School/Team as well as Entries by School/Team, Age Group & Event are now available and downloadable, as well as the Parental Consent Form, which is compulsory for at least one parent or legal guardian of each participating athlete to sign. Download:

Collection of competition bibs for all Registered Schools/Athletes will be on Wednesday and Thursday, 29th and 30th November, 2023, at the Boardoom of the Athletics Federation of Nigeria (AFN) Secretariat located within the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja.

ALL Athletes must also print the 1-page parental consent form for their parent or legal guardian to sign and come along with them to collect their bibs – a recognized contact of each Athletes’ School/Team should coordinate collection of their bibs and the return of their signed parental consent forms!

A provisional list announcing MTN CHAMPS’ Team MVP (Most Valuable Performers) Top 40 athletes drawn from the first three locations (Benin, Uyo and Ibadan) and sponsored to the Abuja Final has also been released, with the top athletes set to secure maximum points for their respective Schools/Teams.
