World Record (WR) holder, Wayde van Niekerk again looked good in his third 400m race of the 2020 season in a meet organized by Athletics NorthWest in Potchefstroom where he clocked a time of 45.89s to take the win.

Out in lane 5, he held off the challenge posed by Zakhiti Nene who was just a lane outside him, finishing strongly over the last quarter of the race as the latter placed 2nd, returning a Season’s Best (SB) of 46.29s.
