Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa was in scintillating form for Al Nassr as he scored a goal and won a penalty in their 2-0 away win against Abha FC in the Saudi Arabia Pro League.

Despite providing five assists in the league this season, Musa had struggled to find the back of the net, but all that changed when he scored his teams second goal of the day.

After playing a goalless first-half at the Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz Stadium on Monday evening, Musa turned the game on it’s head when he was fouled in the 55th minute, and his team awarded a penalty. Musa’s teammate Abderrazak Hamdallah duly slotted home the resultant penalty.

Moments later, Musa, who has 87 caps for the Super Eagles received a beautiful pass from Khalid Al Ghannam, which he did justice to by applying the right finish to give his team a comfortable win.

Overall, Musa was the stand-out player for his team as he boasted a 100% success dribble rate while making 29 accurate passes in the game.

The victory puts Al Nassr in 2nd place on the league table with 48 points, 9 points behind table-toppers Al Hilal.
