One of the keys to winning the Fantasy Race Contest in the Diamond League is consistency over the course of the entire season, and if one player has shown that attribute so far, it’s Nnaji Micah’s Team as the player picked up his second victory of the season after he topped the standings in Birmingham.

It remains to be seen whether he would be able to get over the line come the end of the season, but what’s certain for now is him holding sway with about three meets to go before the end of the season.

In Birmingham, the player who placed 16th last time out in London was very cerebral with his selections as he picked World Record Holder in the women’s Steeplechase Beatrice Chepkoech, World Leader in the 100mH Danielle Williams and Diamond Trophy Holder Shaunae Miller-Uibo in his team.

Overall, he racked up 159 points for the win, and although Olanrewaju Shittu’s team also had the same amount of points, he takes the second spot having finished below Micah’s team in London.

Team Top Sprinters owned by MoC’s CEO Bambo Akani gets into the Top 3 once again this season after he accumulated 151 points in Birmingham.

Overall, Micah’s Team stays top of the pile with 1745 points, with Team Top Sprinters closely following him with 1714 points. Blaise’s Team takes the third place in the standings after racking up 1683 points so far.
