The Swedish city of Stockholm marked the beginning of the second-half of the Diamond League season. Here are the Day 8 Results for our #DiamondRaceContest in the MoC league.

Stockholm was a somewhat lukewarm outing for most players, as only those who picked Ruth Jebet as Team Captain, had a favorable outing.

Our league leader R Sigma (Sigma Team) seems unstoppable, as he accumulated a massive 1405 points to maintain his lead position, with Yemi Olus (Pacesetters) taking back her 2nd position from Javier Sanz (jss’s Team) with 1356 points, while Deji Aliu (champ995 Team) moved back to 3rd position with 1337 points.

League after Day 8 Stockholm

R Sigma was amongst those that had a lukewarm outing, as his choice captain Kendra Harrison failed to set a Meet Record (MR) even though she won. But he had five other winners including Ruth Jebet who was the only athlete that set an MR on the night.

Yemi Olus was amongst those with a favourable outing, picking Jebet as her choice captain who gave her a massive 60 points. She also had six other winners.

On the World League tables, Nick Yearsley moved to the Top position for the first time this season, racking a total of 1420 points, while our league leader R Sigma, was displaced from his runner-up position in Oslo to finish 9th. @JulRouliane maintained his 3rd position with 1416 points.
