Finally, the ‘men’ are already being separated from the ‘boys’ on the #DiamondRaceContest in the MoC League, as players have already started distinguishing themselves with more points after five cities played. The result from the Rome Diamond League is here.

On the table, the top three from Eugene contest still maintained their positions. R Sigma (Sigma Team) is first on the log with 890 points, Javier Sanz (jss’s Team) is runner-up with 828 points and Deji Aliu (champ995 Team) 3rd with 822 points.

League after day 5

The Rome Meeting was an interesting one as almost all players had the same picks. Almaz Ayana being the choice captain for almost all players and Piotr Malachowski being the lowest scoring athlete.

Just like almost all players, R Sigma picked Almaz Ayana as captain who set a Meet Record, with all his other players being winners except Piotr Malachowski who came 6th and gave him just two points.
Javier Sanz and Deji Aliu also had the same selections as R Sigma which earned them the same number of points.

On the World League tables, Hosl’s blog knocked Göran Koreneff off as the world leader having racked up 922 points, as all his chosen athletes were winners.

Göran Koreneff moved to 2nd position with 906 points while Christopher Maienza completed the top three with 904 points. Our league leader R Sigma, is 12th in the world standings.
