Finally the 2016 Diamond League season is over! This undoubtedly means we now have our MoC Fantasy Diamond Race League CHAMPION, including other lucky players whose points were massive enough to win our fantastic prizes.

The question is where do you fall on our league table? Were the points you accumulated during the course of the 2016 Diamond League season good enough to get you a podium finish?

On that note, here are the Day 14 Results for our #DiamondRaceContest in the MoC league:

In Paris, we saw a BIG change on our league table, with Deji Aliu dethroning R Sigma as our league leader for the first time in the season. However, there was a turn of table in Zurich, with R Sigma proving his worth as the indomitable leader by taking back his lead position with just a point ahead of Aliu.

This left the league open for the final battle in Brussels, where the winner takes it all and will be crowned MoC League Champion.

Interestingly, it was as predicted, as R Sigma proved once again why he has been ever dominant this year, accumulating a total of 2377 points to finish ahead of Aliu, who had a painful 2376 points.

R Sigma had five winners including his captain Almaz Ayana and Elaine Thompson who both set Meet Records (MR). He then had three second place finishers and just one athlete placing third.

Unfortunately, Aliu also had the same picks which sadly eliminated any chances of him finishing ahead of R Sigma, while Abdulrahman Afeez showed once again why he’s the underdog of our league table by making sure he sealed the 3rd spot with a total of 2334 points.

On the world league table, LuizzCarlos finished as the world leader with 2466 points ahead of Pete Simmonds with 2447 points while our league leader, R Sigma was 27th overall and Aliu following behind in 28th.
